Another week, another cookie recipe. This week is to help those who can’t find any eggs on the shelves at the minute. These chocolate chip cookies are delicious with a cup of tea and are so quick to make and bake. You can switch up the chocolate chips for something different like M&Ms or maybe you still have some Mini Eggs to get through from Easter! The egg is replaced with milk and oil which sounds gross but you really can’t tell!
I promise the next recipe will not be cookie related, but you have to admit, you cant beat a good cookie!

If there is one thing which stays in my mind when I think back to my favourite baked good as a child, I always think of my Gran’s Brownies. They are the talk of my family, always have been, and always will be. I have always wanted to recreate that same amazing Brownie texture and flavour but have always struggled. This post gives the best ever recipe I have come across with some tips to make the fudgiest Brownies possible! They still don’t compare to my Gran’s but they are still irresistible.

Chocolate Fondants are irresistible chocolate puddings with melted molten chocolate in the middle which are usually drizzled with a bit of cream or some ice cream. Most restaurants tend to have them on their dessert menu and Guu makes a delicious version of them too. Nonetheless, making them from scratch at home is far more satisfying and in fact cheaper. They taste even better than ones you buy and have the added value of knowing you made them yourself.

These weeks bake is one for those who are trying to balance eating well whilst still treating yourself to something yum. These muffins are full of flavour but still only have 200 calories in them each and are low in fat. A little naughty treat without feeling too much of a guilt.
